Good Good this Thing is a monster and it is not their largest. Heavy and takes a long time to get hot on my super puny little stove but man it will be willed to my great great grandchildren. I love it super easy to use and makes a lot of pints at the same time!

Same as above. Super handy to have 2 when processing 80 lbs of apples. Sadly this got got hurt in the line of duty, Latch got melted when kiddos set it on stove! Lid still fits just can not clamp down anymore. To be honest the clamping was more of a useless feature as we rarely take them anywhere anyways.
